Former Wallabies coach Eddie Jones has criticised the team’s failed Rugby World Cup campaign, saying George Gregan should have been captain and that the scrum and attack were not up to scratch.
Australia bowed out of the tournament at the quarter-final stage on the weekend, losing 12-10 to an inspired England outfit which went in as rank outsiders.
