Australian umpire Darrell Hair has dropped his racial discrimination case against the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Mr Hair filed a lawsuit against the ICC after being dropped from the elite umpires list over his handling of the fourth Test between England and Pakistan at The Oval last August.

Mr Hair has undertaken to work with ICC management in accordance with the rehabilitation programme over the next six months.
